Volunteer Heart

Volunteers selflessly help others and make many lives better and that’s why April 20th is observed as Volunteer Recognition Day across the world to acknowledge and appreciate their efforts.

The NWR-FASD Society and our staff would like to thank all the volunteers in our community for the good work they all are doing, your time and dedication to help others is appreciated.

“The broadest, and maybe the most meaningful definition of volunteering:  Doing more than you have to because you want to, in a cause you consider good. ” – Ivan Scheier

“Volunteers do not necessarily have the time; they just have the heart.” – Elizabeth Andrew
