Shirley Temple
Ingredients
1/2 cups ice cubes
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup Sprite or 7UP
1-2 Tbsp grenadine
1-2 maraschino cherries
1/2 slices of orange
Instructions
Fill a glass half full of ice cubes. Add orange juice and then soda. Gently add grenadine. Top with cherry and orange slice.
Raspberry Bee’s Knees
Ingredients
1/2 cups ice cubes
Raspberry Juice
Lemon-lime juice
Frozen raspberries
Instructions
Fill a glass half full of ice cubes. Pour 1/2 a cup of raspberry juice. Pour 1/4 cup of lemon-lime juice. Garnish with frozen raspberries.
Tulip Club
Ingredients
2 oz cran-raspberry juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Ice cubes
Raspberries for garnish
Instructions
Chill a martini glass or coupe. In a cocktails shaker, add cran-raspberry juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white. Shake for approximately 45 seconds to mix ingredients and create a froth. Add ice to shaker. Shake to chill then strain into chilled glass and garnish with raspberries.
Pineapple Cobbler
Ingredients
Ice cubes
Pineapple juice
Lemon-lime juice
Strawberry lemonade juice
Sliced strawberries
Instructions
Fill a cup with ice. Pour 1/2 cup of pineapple juice. Pour 1/4 cup of lemon-lime juice. Pour 1/4 cup of strawberry lemonade. Garnish with a slice of strawberry.
Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients
6-8 large strawberries
1 oz lime juice
1/4 oz simple syrup
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
Whole strawberry for garnish
Instructions
Chill a margarita or cocktail glass. In a blender, add crushed ice, strawberries, lime juice, and simple syrup. Blend until desired thickness. Pour into chilled glass. Garnish with whole strawberry.
Blue Raspberry Faux-tini
Ingredients
2 oz blue raspberry punch
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz lime juice
Cherry and lemon for garnish
Instructions
Chill a martini glass or cocktail glass. In a cocktail shaker, add ice, blue raspberry punch, lemon juice, and lime juice. Shake to chill. Strain into chilled glass. Garnish with cherry and lemon wheel.
Cranberry Sparkler
Ingredients
Ice cubes
6 oz cranberry juice
1 oz lime juice
Club soda to top
Orange wheel for garnish
Instructions
In a highball glass filled with ice, add cranberry juice and lime juice. Top off with club soda then garnish with orange wheel
Mango Mule
Ingredients
4 to 5 cucumber slices
1 oz honey syrup
1.5 oz mango puree
1.5 oz fresh lime juice
1.5 oz ginger beer
Ice cubes
Instructions
Muddle the cucumber and honey syrup into the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the mango puree and lime juice to mix, then shake with ice. Pour into a copper mug to serve.
Banana Frappe
Ingredients
3 bananas
3 cups fresh grapefruit juice
2 cups lemon sherbert
1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
Puree bananas in a blender or food processor. In a gallon pitcher combine pureed bananas, grapefruit juice, lemon sherbet and crushed ice. Stir and serve immediately.
Blueberry Smash
Ingredients
8 - 10 blueberries
1 rosemary sprig
Honey
Lemon juice
Sparkling water
Ice
Instructions
In a drink shaker, combine blueberries, rosemary and honey and muddle together. add 1 ounce of lemon juice. Shake and strain into glass filled with ice and top with sparkling water. Garnish with blueberries and rosemary sprig.
Brown Cow Goes Moo
Ingredients
1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 cups root beer
Ice
Chocolate sauce
Instructions
Combine ½ cup of evaporated milk with 2 cups of root beer. Mix then split between two tall cocktail glasses. Add ice to fill the glass. Drizzle chocolate sauce on the top and enjoy some delicious decadence.
Cravin’ Watermelon Cooler
Ingredients
4 cups cubed, seedless watermelon, chilled
1 cup ice cubes
1/4 cup fresh-squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup coconut milk

In a blender, mix all ingredients until smooth. Rim glasses with granulated sugar and garnish with a lime wedge or small watermelon slice
Full-of-Folate Frappe
Ingredients
1 mango - peeled and cut into chunks
3/4 cup orange juice
1/4 lime juice
2 cups ice cubes
1 1/4 cup club soda
Instructions
Puree the fruit in a blender until smooth. Add the orange and lime juices; blend until smooth. Add the club soda and ice cubes. Pulse the blender until the ice cubes are crushed and ingredients are blended. This baby-friendly way to imbibe is packed with Folic acid from the mango, the orange juice and the lime.
Hibiscus Raspberry Mojito
Ingredients
2 oz raspberry Hibiscus syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
4-6 raspberries
8-10 mint leaves
Club soda
Instructions
To make raspberry hibiscus syrup, bring 2 cups brown sugar, 2 cups water and 1 raspberry hibiscus tea bag to a boil. Let stand until cooled. Muddle ingredients together, top with club soda.
Junior Caesar
Ingredients
Fresh lime juice
Celery salt
½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp Tabasco sauce
Clamato juice
Celery stalk to garnish
Instructions
Rim glass with lime and celery salt. Fill with ice and add Worcestershire, Tabasco, and lime juice. Top with Clamato, stir, and garnish with crisp celery stick.
Lavender Lemonade
Ingredients

1 oz lavender simple syrup
2 oz lemon juice
Soda water
Instructions
In a glass filled with ice combine ingredients. Top up glass with soda water and garnish with lemon wheel.
Mother’s Margarita
Ingredients
1 cup frozen mango chunks (or 1 cup of your favourite frozen fruit)
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp water
1 to 2 tsp vanilla extract (to taste)
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a blender until slushy. If consistency is too thick, add water. If too thin, add more ice. Taste and add more extract if needed, re-blend then serve immediately.
Mum-osa
Ingredients
2 parts chilled orange juice
3 parts dry sparkling grape juice
orange slices
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and pour over a cup of ice. Garnish with orange slice.
Nojitos
Ingredients
2 cups water
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 cups mint leaves, chopped
2 cups lime sherbet, softened
1 cup lime juice
1 cup water
8 cups club soda
Garnish lime slices
Instructions
Combine 2 cups water and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir the mint into the water; let stand for 5 minutes. Strain and discard the mint leaves from the syrup; set aside. In a large pitcher, stir the lime sherbet, lime juice, and 1 cup water together until well combined. Pour the mint-infused syrup into the mixture. Add club soda and stir. Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices!
