About the Court Coach Program

The NWR FASD Court Coach Program is the first of its kind designed within the Alberta FASD networks specifically for individuals with FASD involved in the Canadian judicial system. This program was developed in hopes to address the disproportionate representation of individuals with FASD in the judicial system and to bridge the gaps in service our clients face. So far, we have seen many benefits from this program, both to the clients and to the community. We hope to continue developing this program to ensure all our clients have access to the tools and support necessary to navigate the judicial system.
