Life Coach Program

To provide supports for youth and adults 18+ to access community supports in education, employment, health, housing, financial, children services and other agency supports as needed and to help the individuals navigate these system and support system changes which address the unique needs of individuals impacted with FASD

The Life Coach programs goals are to support adult individuals with FASD with:

Transition into adulthood, including:

  • Financial security - AISH application

  • Daily Supports if needed - PDD application, Guardianship, Trusteeship

  • Identification

  • Maintain natural supports

Applying and advocating for services such as:

  • Employment

  • Accommodations

  • Budgeting

  • Health and medical needs

  • Life skills

  • Addictions

  • Education

  • Other supports as needed
